Hisui Sugiura

Hisui Sugiura (1876 – 1965) was regarded as a pioneer and was a key player of Japanese Commercial Art in the era of Modernisation.
He designed a large number of cover designs of magazines, book, poster and graphic pattern designs with adopting
new trends of Wiener Secession and Art Deco.
